Setting up the Hybrid way of working in Notino
Notino is the most prominent European perfume and cosmetics online retailer. The company experienced exponential growth in 2021, with sales amounting to 18 billion Czech crowns ($800,000,000), representing a yearly increase of around 35%. As a result of this dynamic growth and extensive hiring, Notino was struggling with the size limits of their offices. Implementing a strategy for future office functioning was necessary to maximize workplace capacities. Based on the findings of our workplace analysis, the management of Notino decided to implement a hybrid way of working to optimize the office space and formalize the informal working from home.
